To give my customers better service and added value, I have
gone mobile. No longer must you worry about bringing your
computer into the shop or about figuring out how to set it back up again at home
afterward. We will do all that for you at no extra charge.
At YOUR convenience, we will pick up your computer.
Just give us a time and we will be there.
I am offering free pickup and delivery to Fremont, Omaha,
Bellevue and the surrounding areas. Pickups and deliveries will be scheduled for Monday -
Friday. This will still allow for a 3 day turn around in most
cases, unless we are waiting on parts.
What to expect:
1. Pickup can be at your house or your place of
employment.
2. If pick-up is at your house, you can show us the
problem. If we can fix the problem in 15 minutes or less, you just pay a
service fee of $25.00 +tax. If we determine it will be longer, we will
disconnect the computer for you and take the computer to our shop for repair.
3. When we pick up the computer, we will give you a receipt
for your computer. You have the option of paying a deposit when we pick up your
computer. Any balance left will be due when we deliver your computer to
you.
4. When the computer is fixed, we will schedule a time to
deliver the computer to your home or place of work. If delivery is to your
home, we will hook up the computer and have you verify that the problem has been
fixed. Once you have verified that the problem has been corrected, we will collect
the balance owed (We will notify you of the balance owed before delivery.)
We will continue to offer In-Home repair for the same fees as
listed on the Price page.
A deposit of $50.00 will be expected at the time of pickup. We can
take All credit cards, cash or check. If paying by check, please make sure both your Driver's License
number and phone number are on the check.
