I found their website on line and what most interested me was that they were a Christian based company with Christian values. It also didn't hurt that their prices seemed reasonable. Had a couple of issues with a laptap I bought a couple of years ago. Gave it to my daughter, the fan wasn't working and thought I had a software conflict as the computer kept rebooting over and over. They fixed the fan, did a complete wipe and reloaded Internet Explorer and Windows onto it. Turns out the problem wasn't resolved but when I talked to them, they said to bring it back in and they would look at it with no extra cost to me! Music to my ears! They were very polite, respectful and helpful. They didn't try to talk over my head, they listened carefully to what I said and did a good job. I'll definitely be a repeat customer if I need help in the future.

Great people, great advice! They helped me custom build a gaming computer. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with what to get. They also told me why and what steps to take in the future to make the build 'future proof'. They really spent their time and made me feel like I was their only customer through the whole experience, even when I took several days (maybe it was weeks) to decide what I wanted to do. I really enjoyed the interaction and couldn't rate these guys high enough.
